Brisbane Manor Hotel is a home away from home, priding itself on offering some of the best budget accommodation in Brisbane with a great crew...
The accommodation is a fantastic heritage building with a leafy green veranda, and sundeck bar.
Built around the end of the 1800's this heritage Manor building is one of a kind. If you want to experience what Queensland yester year felt like then this is for you. With all the antiques and memorabilia your heart could desire.
Located in the city heart of Brisbane, in the Valley, the Brisbane Manor Hotel is in the heart of "Brisvegas", but quiet enough to feel like you are still in the country.
The clean and comfortable rooms are walking distance to China Town and some of the best pubs, clubs and restaurants Brisbane has to offer. The valley nightlife is on your doorstep.
On offer are 46 spotlessly clean 2.5 self rated accomodation rooms, ranging from Single Standard and Double rooms to the Superior Queen and Deluxe King rooms. The rooms are huge, with sink units, big timber wardrobes, TVs, kettles and painted weatherboard walls. The furniture is old-fashioned and homely - wicker armchairs and big four-poster iron beds adorn the older rooms. The newer rooms are a bit smaller, but still very charming, with wood-panelled walls and pine furniture. Even the single rooms have their own balcony overlooking an internal courtyard.
There's plenty of sitting space, including a very charming terrace out the front, complete with lots of greenery.
Inside, the walls of the corridors are hung with historical sepia photos and funky pieces of retro art.
The Brisbane Manor doesn't sacrifice convenience for character, however, the kitchen, bathrooms and lounge areas are all well maintained and spotlessly clean.
The facilities are fantastic. Brisbane Manor provides a stainless steel communal kitchen, there for you to use as you wish. Cleaned daily and fully equipped with all you need including utensils and crockery, the kitchen can be used every day until 9.00pm.
Then feel free to sit and eat in the Manor dining room or outside in the veranda garden.
What about a barbie? No worries, the Sundeck Bar at the front of the hotel has it's own gas fired barbeque which is yours to sizzle away on as well.
There is a comfortable lounge area to read a book from our library or sit back and relax watching television.
Brisbane Manor has an industrial strength washing machine and a speedy dryer for guest clothes only. They're yours to use as you wish.
Keep in touch with your family and friends back home with the super fast internet facilities. ISDN unlimited means you can quickly email and surf the web to your hearts content.
Our sundeck is the most popular place to be at Brisbane Manor. With palm trees, waterfalls, music and Foxtel this is where you'll always find other travelers ready for a glass of wine and a chat.
By day it's the place to soak up the Queensland sun and by night have a few beers at the bar, watch the footy and have a laugh with your fellow guests. The licensed bar sells a full range of beers and spirits and is open for guests until late each night.
For those touring Australia on a budget, Brisbane Manor Hotel ensures that the charms of Brisbane are not the preserve of the privileged few.
Brisbane Manor is the only place to stay when you arrive in Brisbane.
