Quest Narre Warren's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Quest Narre Warren will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Quest Narre Warren is conveniently located on the corner of Verdun Drive and Princes Highway.
Just exit the M1 freeway at the Berwick exit and turn right into Princes Highway.
You will find the Quest Narre Warren 200 mtrs on your right hand side.

Train - Narre Warren train station is in Webb Street, which is approximately a 15-20 minute walk.
A trip to the Melbourne CBD takes approx 1 hour. Train timetables can be obtained at reception.

BUS
Buses leave Fountain Gate shopping centre for various detinations. Time tables can be obtained at reception
