   Cancellation Policy

Bluegum Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 3 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Bluegum Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

The Bluegum Apartments are located across from Stockland Jesmond, Jesmond Hotel, shops, Jesmonds’ Eat Street and restaurants, only approximately 10 minutes to the Newcastle Entertainment Centre and ANZ Stadium and 20 minutes to Newcastle CBS and Honeysuckle precinct.

Regular public transport is available from the bus stop at Stockland Jesmond.

Newcastle Taxis operate 24 hours a day and will take you anywhere you need to go in Newcastle.

The Bluegum Apartments are located approximately 30-35 minutes from the Newcastle Airport.
