Cancellation Policy

Port Macquarie Motel's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Port Macquarie Motel will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Location

Travelling north to Port Macquarie, take the main exit off the Pacific Highway onto the Oxley Highway and follow that to Port Macquarie where it becomes Gordon Street and you will see the red and white sign on the right hand side.
When travelling south, take the Hastings River Drive and follow that until you reach Gordon Street. Turn right and you will see the red and white sign on the left.
Coming by train, you will disembark at Wauchope and the RTA bus will bring you to the terminal in Gordon Street, just a short walk from the motel.

River cruises (count the dolphins), whale watching and jet ski hire are also popular activities.
Just a short walk from the motel is the Kooloonbung Creek Nature Park with 3 kms of walking tracks weaving through over 50 hectares of natural wetlands and mangroves.
There is no better horse riding than Bellrowan Valley. It is a true Aussie bush experience.
