• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Rex Hotel will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.
