Our property is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 3 floor townhouse. The larger bedroom has a King bed with air conditioning. The second room has a double bunk bed with air conditioning as well. There is another air con unit in the main living area. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances. The dining room table is set up for 6.


We have a TV, Blue Ray player, and a range of DVDs to watch in a comfortable living room. Fitness orientated people will enjoy the downstairs gym with free weights, and cable machine. So keep up with your exercise regime at no extra cost. We also have a backyard with BBQ and hammock for ultimate relaxing. A laundry, dryer and iron are all for your use as well.


Franklin residence is walking distance to various cafes, grocery store, fast food restaurants, chemists/pharmacy, and news agency.


Annerley is just 5 km south of Central Brisbane. Whether you are here for business or leisure we have you covered. From our quiet suburb, we are only minutes away from the bus stop that will take you into the city for all the tourist attractions. We are 5 minutes away from 3 hospitals (PA, Mater and Greenslopes). We are also about 40 minutes away from the Gold Coast by highway or you can catch the train that is close by. The Queensland Tennis Center is only a 10 minute drive away.
