   Cancellation Policy

Annexe Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Annexe Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

The Annexe Apartments have a prime location in the inner city suburb of Herston, just 3km from the CBD and close to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. Our Brisbane hospital accommodation is located just a short stroll from Bowen Hills and the vibrant international eateries and sophisticated shopping boutiques of Fortitude Valley. The RNA Showgrounds and Victoria Park are just a stone’s throw away, while many of Brisbane’s other most talked about attractions are within quick and easy reach by car or public transport.

Annexe Apartments is located just a short drive from Brisbane Airport. The Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast are less than 90 minutes away.

By Car / Taxi / Shuttle Bus:

Enter via Walden Lane. Visitor parking is available on the ground floor for you to make your way to reception.

When travelling South (towards the city) along Bowen Bridge Road, turn left into Campbell Street, and then right into Walden Lane.
When travelling North along Bowen Bridge Road, turn right into Campbell Street, and then right into Walden Lane.

If you are coming through the M7 – airport link tunnel, take the turnoff to Bowen Bridge/City, then take the first left onto Campbell Street, and then right into Walden Lane.

If you are coming south from the Clem 7 Tunnel - Take the Bowen Bridge Road/Lutwyche Road exit (second exit on the left). Turn left onto Bowen Bridge Road, at the 2nd set of lights turn left onto Campbell Street, and right onto Walden Lane

By Bus:

Travel to RBQH Busway, exit onto Bowen Bridge Road, cross the road at the lights, and you are at Annexe Apartments which can be entered by foot at Bowen Bridge Road.
